I'm an everyday super hero
I've no fancy cape
No bullet prove shield
Or hi-tech gadgets
My name will never be in lights
You'll never see me spin
Or fly through the air
I've no invincible powers
To help me fight.
But I've been to hell
And fought my way back
Looked death in the face
And lived to see heaven
Westled my demons
One by one
I took on the devil
And I won.
I've got super human strength
Courage that goes through fear
Confidence not to give in
Pride that cries tears
Hope that finds peace
wisdom to believe in who I am
And knowledge to know
What I can become.
